Elite Home Fitness is a premium in-home personal training service powered by MONTRA — the operating system for independent wellness professionals. We connect certified coaches with high-quality clients in luxury residential communities and beyond, giving trainers everything they need to run and grow a thriving coaching business on their own terms.

The opportunity

As an Elite Fitness Coach, you'll operate as an independent contractor — building your own client base, setting your own rates and schedule, and delivering personalized training in clients' homes. You'll be backed by the Elite Home Fitness brand and the MONTRA platform, which handles bookings, payments, client management, and program delivery so you can focus on coaching.

This is not a salaried position. You run your own business. We power it.

What you'll do

• Deliver in-home personal training sessions in your market — currently Boston, MA and New York, NY, and surrounding areas
• Design and assign customized workout programs through the MONTRA platform
• Manage your own schedule, availability, and pricing using MONTRA's booking tools
• Build long-term client relationships and drive referrals
• Represent the Elite Home Fitness brand with professionalism and consistency
• Participate in client matching and lead opportunities facilitated through our residential partnerships

Requirements

• Current personal training certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent
• Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before first session)
• Cleared background check (run through our screening partner, Checkr)
• Reliable transportation — you travel to clients
• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience (in-home or gym-based)
• Strong communication and client retention skills
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a client-first mindset

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with high-end or luxury clientele
• Specialties in strength & conditioning, boxing, yoga, pilates, mobility, sports performance, or nutrition coaching
• Existing client base or demonstrated ability to grow one
• Comfort with app-based scheduling and digital client management tools

Pay & benefits

• $80 – $300 per hour — you set your own session rates
• Flexible schedule — you choose your availability
• Bookings, payments, and client management handled by the MONTRA platform
