Every profile shows certification, specialties, service area, reviews, and an intro video.

How do intro sessions work?

Accepted Answer

The intro session is a real, full workout with your matched coach — not a sales call. Your coach comes to your location, you talk through goals and limitations, you train, and afterwards the coach proposes a plan if you want to continue. Book from any coach card and pay securely at booking; cancel or reschedule free with 24+ hours' notice.

Can personal trainers come to my home?

Yes — that's the core of what we do. MONTRA coaches train you at your home, in your building's fitness center, or at another agreed location like a park. No equipment required: a living-room-sized space is plenty, and coaches bring or program around what you have.

Are coaches background checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every MONTRA coach goes through a background screening before they can take clients, plus certification review, insurance verification, and identity confirmation. Look for the Background Checked badge on coach profiles — it's applied only after the check clears review.

What is MONTRA's refund policy?

Cancel 24+ hours ahead for a full free cancellation or reschedule. If your coach cancels, you're never charged. Intro sessions canceled within 24 hours of start, no-shows, and completed sessions are non-refundable unless required by law; documented emergencies may qualify for a waiver.
